Return Policy for Garments
Garments available on Dezynish.com are directly sourced from the designers. There are quality checks on the design house side and then on our side. All the products are from the designer’s prêt collection and are readily available for dispatch. The sizes available are mentioned on the website against each garment. We take photographs of the garment before dispatch.
We take maximum care in quality control. If a customer is still not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items that have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents or have any kind of marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
All items are shipped from Pakistan, therefore items must be returned to our office in Pakistan. Shipping costs incurred by Dezynish.com is not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the garment.
In the case of custom dresses, we check all ordered dresses for the given sizes before shipping. In most cases, we are unable to simply refund the Custom Made dresses. These dresses are made for individual customers considering their specific requirements and hence are not useful for any other customer. Such dresses may be altered (if possible) to suit your needs and then shipped back to you at our expense.
All dresses are made on order. If an order is under process and is canceled by a customer after 5 days of placing the order, we would deduct 10% late order cancellation charges.
Returns Policy for Other Items
Dezynish.com always appreciates its customers and ensures a high level of customer service. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items that have any stains, any kind of marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges (about 6%) and admin charges(about 2%) for a refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 48 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
Shipping Policy
Express shipping service
We use courier service and express mail service for shipment to virtually any address in the world. Generally, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 2-3 days (depending on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workloads and peak periods. Dezynish.com cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however, we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
All orders are shipped from Pakistan. The delivery time is dependent on the method selected.
Shipping is calculated by weight, for the detail of worldwide shipping charges. Every effort is made to ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. All orders are shipped once the payment is received, the dispatch date can also vary depending on the method of payment selected.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on the “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
We provide free delivery in Pakistan.
Color issues
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in the color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying, and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in color, as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit, received.
Dezynish.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that the colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.
It is practically impossible for Dezynish.com to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography, or type and settings on the computer monitor.
We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Dezynish.com is aware of this genuine problem.
Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from Dezynish.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from Dezynish.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
