Items that can be Exchanged   We are giving the facility of exchange service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications.

• The product that is being exchanged by the customer must be complete and intact.
• There should not be utilization of received product which is being exchanged.

You can exchange the item to our provided address written below under the title ‘Exchange Address, please note the courier cost of exchange the item will be borne by the customer if issue is other than damage of product . In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Please note that we do not accept the exchange  for those products that are not purchased through www.andreemilio.com Procedure of exchange through  AndreEmilio.com: We are providing the facility of exchange on our Andreemilio stores also no matter if the product is purchased through Andre Emilio.com With original receipt You can exchange the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn within ten days of purchase; the original purchase receipt will be required for exchanging the item with full paid price.
